Desert Grade Cooling Upgrade kit for all 92-99.5 6.5TD C/K Trucks (incl suburbans and Tahoes) with serpentine belt drive (CCW rotation). Also fits any year G/P truck with mechanical injection and CCW rotation (serp belt drive).

This combo kit includes 1) ssd-074 High Output Water Pump, 1) ssd-72674 install kit, 1) ssd-0154 High Flow 180 thermostat kit, and 1) ssd-002 Fan Upgrade kit and a bottle of Water Wetter ssd-0213.

Our testing has shown that our Super Duty 180 thermostat flows as much as the 2) smaller ones used by GM on the now obsolete 2 thermostat manifold. This kit will dramatically reduce operating temps on ANY 92-93 C/K truck. Our special 130 gph HO water pump will outflow all earlier models. Please note, if you are price shopping, if the pump does not have a distinct "HO" cast into the pump as shown (highlighted), it is a STD flow 87gph model.

NOTES: Used on any 94-99.5 6.5TD C/K trucks as a less expensive alternative to the ssd-004. If installing on a 97-99.5, we will supply our dual high flow thermostats ssd-16401 instead. Please make a note of your year in the comments section, or the ssd-0154 single thermostat will be sent.
