Third generation SSD reman 6.0L injector. SSD has sold 6.0L reman injectors for over 5 years and we have a significant amount of experience on what is needed in a successful injector. Below are some of the features that sets this injector apart from the others:

•  All parts such as spool, connectors, plunger, and nozzle are replaced if they do not meet strict SSD reuse specifications.

•  Each nozzle meets SSD flow, leakage, and needle lift specifications.

•  Sealing surfaces are lapped to SSD flatness specifications.

•  Check all assembly and key characteristics meet SSD specifications.
