From SSDiesel Supply^TM, massive 4 inch complete exhaust system (less muffler) for Chevy/GMC C/K full size pick-ups, 1/2, 3/4, and 1 ton trucks with the 6.5 Turbo Diesel engine from 1992 thru 2000. Fits ALL wheelbase models, regular cab long bed-131", extended cab short bed-155", extended cab and crew cab long bed-168.5" wheel base. If in doubt of fitment, measure your wheelbase length. If 168.5" or less ths kit will fit. The kit is designed for the 6.5TD C/K pick-up trucks, use on any other vehilce is at your own risk of fitment. Will NOT fit 2 door Yukons, Tahoes and Blazers. THIS IS A COMPLETE TURBO-BACK KIT LESS MUFFLER. includes muffler eliminator pipe. This system is MASSIVE in size. The exhaust pipe looks like STOVE PIPE!!!!

Do not be confused with some so-called 4" systems that are actually 3 or 3.5" up to the muffler that sell for less. Our system is a true 4" and made from American Steel!!! Our kit weighs 78#, compare to the competitions that weighs 40-50# and uses imported steel made from recycled Chinese soup cans.

Expect a great increase in horsepower and cooler operating temps over stock 2.75", (shown in photo for comparison) and over the competition's 3" and 3-1/2" systems. Also lower EGT's and higher boost pressures. As everyone knows, Diesels need to breathe, and this system will solve that restriction problem. This kit works even better with our Performance Induction Kit ssd-707 or 717.

This kit contains, a 3" downpipe (largest OD that will fit) and complete 4 inch MANDREL BENT exhaust system using ALUMINIZED TUBING ALL "MADE IN USA". Includes all clamps and hangers, including detailed instructions and assembly diagram.

Can be installed by anyone with basic mechanical skills such as weekend mechanics thru professional technicians.

NOTE: Because this system fits many years and versions of the C/K pick-up, the hangers supplied will work for most applications, but some years/models may need minor drilling or modification of the hangers to work. If modification to the hangers is beyond your skill and tool level, any muffler shop can do that portion of the install for a 1/2 hour's labor or a few boxes of donuts. We offer two types of optional hangers if required. The ssd-630550 is universal and will bolt on to most all applications. The ssd-BR92250 is used if you have the rubber grommet type hanger. It hooks into the rubber grommet and the simply welds onto the pipe in te location you choose. Better yet, our 3 piece rod hanger ssd-FX891 comes with everything you need to tack weld to the pipe.

THE CAT MOUNTS DIRECTLY INTO THE DOWN PIPE AND DISCHARGES INTO THE 4 INCH SYSTEM. REQUIRES CUTTING OF THE DOWNPIPE TO CLAMP IN THE CONVERTER.
